You can request a return within 30 days of the date your order was delivered. Items must be unused, clean and in their original packaging, with all parts and accessories included. If your item arrives damaged, defective or wrong, the return is free and we send a replacement or a full refund, including any shipping fee you paid. If you changed your mind, you pay the return shipping and the original shipping fee is not refunded. We do not charge restocking fees. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7 business days after inspection. Items that have been used with food can only be returned if they are damaged or defective.
